Rampa is a non-custodial, self-custody wallet application that lets users create and use crypto wallets on supported networks (currently including Solana) using MPC via Web3Auth. Users control their keys; Lafitech cannot move funds or sign on a user's behalf.
Certain features rely on independent providers with their own terms/privacy:
Fiat on/off-ramp: Transak (and its regulated partners) for SEPA and card payments.
Card program (planned/optional): Issued by a licensed issuer/EMI; funds are held by the issuer, not Lafitech.
DEX routing: Jupiter for swaps/token purchases.
MPC/key infrastructure: Web3Auth.
Blockchain analytics: A third-party provider (e.g., TRM Labs or Chainalysis) for sanctions/exposure screening.
When you use these services, their terms and privacy notices apply in addition to these Terms.
You may use Rampa only if you:
Are 18+ and legally able to form a contract;
Are not subject to sanctions or prohibited by law;
Access the app from a permitted jurisdiction. We may geo-block or restrict features to comply with law and partner requirements.
You are solely responsible for securing your devices, recovery factors, and authorizing transactions.
Transactions are irreversible once signed on-chain. Review carefully before you sign.
You must not use the app for illegal activity, sanctions evasion, or rights infringement.
We aim to disclose fees clearly before you commit:
Transak on/off-ramp: Transak's base fee applies. We add a transparent 0.30% partner markup on on/off-ramp orders started in the app. Transak collects this at checkout and later settles our share to Lafitech (we never receive consumer fiat).
DEX routing fee (Jupiter): A transparent on-chain platform fee (currently 0.30%) may apply to swaps. It is delivered on-chain to Lafitech's fee address within the user-signed transaction (non-custodial).
Optional on-chain service fees: For certain value-add features (e.g., additional screening/orchestration), we may present a small on-chain fee for your approval.
Card program fees (if you opt in): Set and disclosed by the issuer/EMI (e.g., FX, ATM).
Network fees (e.g., gas) and third-party spreads/fees may apply independently.
We do not provide custody, investment advice, portfolio recommendations, tax advice, or legal advice. Any asset listings, prices, yields, or labels are informational and not endorsements.
Crypto assets are volatile and may lose value. Smart contracts, protocols, bridges, stablecoins, or tokenized assets (including stocks/ETFs-themed tokens) can fail or de-peg. You accept these risks and confirm you have done your own research.
You agree not to:
Violate laws or sanctions;
Interfere with or misuse the app;
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
Attempt to bypass geo-restrictions or security controls.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
The app, website, logos, and content are owned by Lafitech or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the app as provided and per these Terms.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lafitech disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed €100 or the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
We may update or change features and these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., in-app or on our website). Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
